Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping: ¥800
Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥1,500

Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders of ¥12,000 or more
*Excludes Hokkaido and Okinawa

International Shipping

We currently ship to Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, and Singapore.

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any duties, import taxes, or other fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.

In-Store Pickup Information

If you select in-store pickup, please visit our store after receiving notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Orders can only be picked up during store business hours.

We are unable to accommodate pickups before you receive the ready-for-pickup notification.

Undeliverable Packages, Extended Absence, and Incorrect Addresses

Orders may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed due to an extended absence, refusal of delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, or other similar circumstances.

If you request reshipment, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Orders may be canceled in cases where delivery is refused.
